feat: add visual page builder to God Mode

- ContentLibrary component with blocks/avatars/fragments tabs
- EnhancedPageBuilder wrapper integrating visual editor
- Template library with funnel templates
- Avatar variable injection utility
- Builder route at /admin/pages/builder/[id]
